Heard the ad and decided to give them a try. Rob is awesome , very easy to speak to and was very honest and patient. I have been going here for many years now and have never had a problem. Everyone is always very helpful and proactive in helping you take care of any issues you might have. To say they go above and beyond doesn't begin to convey the excellent customer service and care that they provide to their customers. I went to other places for insurance and have never met anyone else ever who is as polite, helpful and as effective as everyone is here. This place is one of those diamonds in the rough you hear so much about. I hope to continue coming here for a long time to come. They simply can't be beat. The best in the state hands down.

I’ve been with Rob and his brother for over 13 years. I can’t tell you how helpful it is to have brokers like these guys. I never have long hold times, outsourced customer service reps or have to go through long verification processes, because they know me by phone and they’ve grown familiar with my voice and sense of humor. I get reminders from them to renew, emails of my insurance cards upon request and no delays on anything I need whether it be canceling or beginning a new policy. I have never been over charged for their services and they look out for me when I miss a payment by calling me multiple times every day up until the policy gets dropped because I get busy or forgetful (it’s happened, completely my fault). They know their stuff. They have decades of experience and a quote takes minutes and a new policy, under 15 or 20 minutes out of your busy day. I’ll be sad if they decide to retire. I prefer a broker over dealing with an insurance company directly, thanks to East Coast Motor Club. Thank you, guys!
